For our meet and greet service, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival time are not eligible for a refund. In the event of a flight delay, we do not charge any amendment fees or additional costs.
