Today’s the guided city tour of bustling capital in the bazaars of Old Delhi and the colonial avenues of New Delhi. The prime highlight of the tour is Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb and the Sikh Temple. Sightseeing tour is flexible so please feel free to talk with your guide. Anyone preferring slower pace, we’d recommend an extra day in Delhi to really take it all in (All our tours are tailor-made and can be customized; the itinerary is just an suggestion). After breakfast seated comfortably in a vehicle, you will drive overland to Agra and check-in Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra. Catch the first glimpse of Taj Mahal from the comfort of your very own bay window. (Room with Balcony is extra special to look over the Taj Mahal from your balcony). After freshen up, meet the guide and visit the Agra Fort. Then follows sunset tour of Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal glows with an orange hue as the setting sun hits this magnificent monument. Optionally, if you wish then you can rise early for the Taj at sunrise view or just relax and watch it from your hotel instead. Then visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned 15th century Mughal fort palace and board the train bound to Ranthambore. Ranthambore will be reached in the early evening and we shall meet you at the platform then transfer to opulent Oberoi Vanyavilas where you will spent next two nights in a luxury tent. Today’s the safari day at the Ranthambore National Park to trace tiger in your own private jeep. You will be accompanied by an experienced naturalist. Ranthambore is popular the world over for spotting majestic Bengal Tiger in it’s natural habitat. The park has other wildlife like sloth beer, crocodiles, monkeys, deer, leopards and great array of exotic birds, eagles, peacocks, and plant life. You can also visit the 10th century Ranthambore Fort during the tour. Overnight at Oberoi Vanyavilas (Luxury Tent), Ranthambore.

The tour continues to the pink city of Jaipur. Today’s no sightseeing is planned so you can choose to stay at your luxury tent at Ranthambore or take an early start and proceed to Jaipur. Afternoon shopping at Jaipur is interesting as the city known for it’s vibrant, block-printed textiles and semi-precious jewellery. Upon arrival at Jaipur, check-in Oberoi Rajvilas for another two night stays. Overnight at Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur.

Today’s the full day guided tour of the Pink City. First proceed with the sightseeing visiting the splendid Amber Fort then later on taking in the City Palace, the Jantar Mantar observatory, and the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). We’d also recommend visiting Dera Amer for a memorable evening with elephants. Dera Amer is a peaceful spot on the rural outskirts of Jaipur. Guests are invited to spend time with these magnificent creatures, helping bathe and feed them, before taking a gentle ride together at sunset. Overnight at Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur.

Today continue to Jodhpur from Jaipur with a long but scenic drive through the Aravalli hills. Upon arrival, check-in Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace which is recently been voted as the World’s Best Hotel 2016 by TripAdvisor. The hotel even fit for a king, the Maharaja of Jodhpur himself still lives here at the palace and can be often spotted walking his dogs on it’s vast grounds. In the evening, enjoy the guided walk round the palace. Overnight at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur.

After breakfast, go for the guided tour of the Blue City visiting the Jaswant Thada and the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. In the afternoon, continue with an walking tour through the labyrinthine lanes of the old city, or go for a Jeep safari out to Osian on the edge of the Thar desert, to take in the 8th century temple complex and visit a local Dhani (village) for a great insight into a different way of life. In the morning continue the journey to Udaipur. Udaipur is like a romantic, fairy-tale like and easy going town and great place to wind down in the end of this journey. En-route to Udaipur, we’d recommend visiting Ranakpur to explore it’s exquisite Jain temple ((with 1,444 uniquely carved pillars, it’s an amazing sight to witness). Udaipur will be reached later in the afternoon and stay at the lake-side resort of Oberoi Udaivilas which is voted at the Best Hotels in the World in 2015 by readers of Travel + Leisure magazine. Today is the guided tour of Udaipur at the magnificent City Palace, the largest palace in Rajasthan standing on a ridge overlooking the lake. Cupolas crown its octagonal towers, which are connected by a maze of narrow passageways. City Palace rooms contains decorative art, beautiful paintings, colourful enamel, inlay glass-work, and antique furniture. Later talk a walk through the old city at it’s narrow and winding streets teeming with shops selling clothing, jewellery, and leather-bound journals. Other features of Udaipur are Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon ki Bari (a beautiful rose garden), and the Crystal Gallery. Later on, take a short boat ride over Lake Pichola to reach the iconic Taj Lake Palace for overnight stay. This 250 years old white marble palace was originally built in 17th century as a summer retreat and it appears to float like a mirage in the middle of Lake Pichola. For many this is the highlight of the tour and fairy-like ending of the Luxury Rajasthan Tour. Of course, you are welcome to spend both two nights here as per your desire or at the Oberoi Udavilas.
